Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Job Overview
We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. These positions are ideal for candidates with experience working in a manufacturing environment who are comfortable operating production equipment and maintaining quality standards.
We have four openings available:
- 2 Machine Operators – Inspection Focus: Candidates must have experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to inspect parts and verify they meet specifications.
- 2 Machine Operators – Production Focus: Candidates should have prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment but will not be responsible for inspection duties.
These positions are a great fit for individuals who have experience beyond a Production Associate role but are not required to have CNC machining experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Perform quality checks and maintain production standards.
- For inspection-focused roles, use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to verify part dimensions and quality.
- Identify and report equipment or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
