Description

Family Medicine physician job in District of Columbia : As a Physician (Family Practice), you will: - Serves as a Physician in the delivery of Family Medicine medical care to all ages of active-duty personnel, their dependents, eligible Service Component Civilian employees and other eligible beneficiaries. - Serves as member of the professional medical staff and/or faculty to provide advisory and consultative services on meetings, committees, conferences, and/or boards. - Coordinates with facility and community resources to provide multi- disciplinary comprehensive care to all patients, taking into account factors such as new and/or emerging procedures and techniques and the patients personal history. - Apply new procedures in the evaluation and treatment of complex patient cases and conducts research for the advancement of the Family Medicine program and for quality improvement to other providers and patients. - Develop guidelines and training for medical staff to follow when carrying out patient care services. - Performs Other Duties as Assigned
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
