Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer Supervisor to oversee security operations at a prestigious high-end condominium association in Aventura, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security supervision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively to ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and property.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security officers to maintain a safe and secure environment within the condominium premises.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address potential security risks or breaches.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents, activities, and observations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, management, and emergency responders regarding security matters.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and emergency response plans.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders through clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a security role, preferably within a high-end residential or condominium environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
