Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Barre, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: RN Home Health (HH) Barre, Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health role in Barre, Vermont, providing individualized, goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physicians order. The position also serves as Case Manager in cases where this role is the lead discipline. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
