You'll align with Concentra Medical Centers' Injury Process Management, their rehabilitation philosophy in occupational medicine, and relevant policies, practices, and regulations.ResponsibilitiesSpend 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experienceManage key clinical center metrics and hold therapists accountableConsistently demonstrate all components of the Physical Therapy Guidebook and the Perfect PT visitManage clinical outcomes and address outlier cases with staff therapistsEnsure clinical workflows to optimize patient capture, processing of referrals and schedulingExecute therapy plan for each patient with a focus on early intervention and same day evaluationCreate a professional and collaborative working environment with full colleague participation that promotes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient safetyWork with DTO to identify clinical improvement opportunitiesFoster relationships with employers, referral sources and payer groups through routine communications and engagement opportunitiesMaster use of clinical systems to ensure
