OverviewSenior Litigation Paralegal – Special Districts (Los Angeles)Fully Remote Must be based in Los Angeles, CAA nationally recognized California law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support its Special Districts and Municipal Litigation practice based in Los Angeles.This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who enjoys being deeply involved in complex litigation, trial preparation, and environmental or public-sector matters. You'll work closely with attorneys on active cases from inception through resolution, serving as a key second-chair resource on a highly regarded team.What You'll DoSupport municipal, special district, and civil litigation matters from inception through trialAct as second-chair paralegal on active cases, including trial preparation and in-court supportManage e-discovery, document review, privilege logs, and productionsCite-check, proofread, and assist with drafting and assembling briefs, motions, and exhibitsOrganize and maintain case files, service emails, and litigation calendarsAssist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trialsPrepare exhibits, trial notebooks, witness lists, and demonstrativesCoordinate with vendors, court staff, and opposing counsel as neededWhat They're Looking For10+ years of litigation paralegal experienceExperience supporting complex litigation; municipal, environmental, or special districts work is a strong plusComfort with trial preparation and live case supportStrong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume mattersProficiency with litigation technology and research tools (e.g., discovery platforms, Westlaw)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentLos Angeles–based, with availability to be in the DTLA office as needed for trialCompensationExpected range: $90,000–$95,000+ , depending on experience and locationNon-exempt role with overtime eligibilityThis firm offers a collegial culture, meaningful work in the public sector space, and the opportunity to be a true partner to attorneys on high-impact matters.#J-18808-Ljbffr
