The classified program that this position supports requires both improvements to production execution cost as well as an increase in rate that requires significant growth and expansion. The ideal candidate for this position will have familiarity and confidence in creating, proposing, and executing specialty projects. This involves but is not limited to package creation, cost estimating, board presentations, and cross-functional project management. The ideal candidate will have exposure and experience with facility expansion and new facility creation in areas such as Rate Tool Analysis, facility layouts, facility requirements, tool orders, and CAPEX requests. Knowledge and proficiency in other ME business systems (MES, SAP, NX, etc) will be a benefit to executing this job.Responsible for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.Accountable for process control, quality, safety, delivery, and rework metricsProvides technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
