Employer Industry: Electrical Infrastructure SolutionsWhy consider this job opportunity:Total target cash compensation up to $176,300.00, depending on geographic region and sales performanceOpportunity for career advancement within a global leader in electrical solutionsFlexible work arrangements, including the option to work remotelyComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company matchSupport for philanthropic activities through the employer's matching programDynamic work environment with a commitment to innovation and community strengtheningWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead and manage the sales process in the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct marketCultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customersPartner with independent manufacturer rep agencies to align with company objectives and performance expectationsDrive sales pipeline development by prospecting and qualifying new opportunities while growing wallet share with existing customersDevelop and deliver customer-facing presentations that articulate the employer's value proposition and technical advantagesWhat is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experienceMinimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industryProven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developersStrong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partnersProficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systemsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnershipsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills – verbal, written, and presentationAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing prioritiesExperience in modular buildings or integrated solutions within the electrical infrastructure industry#ElectricalInfrastructure #SalesLeadership #CareerGrowth #RemoteWork #InnovativeSolutions#J-18808-Ljbffr
