This role is ideal for someone with strong audit expertise, conceptual thinking skills, and a desire to influence firm-wide quality initiatives in a fully remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct independent quality reviews for audits, AUPs, and SSARS (reviews, compilations, preparations) engagements to ensure consistent application of methodology and standards.Support strategic initiatives related to assurance methodology and quality management.Evaluate methodology changes and ensure compliance with industry standards and firm practices.Assist in gathering and analyzing data to identify risks and support resource allocation decisions.Participate in departmental initiatives and special projects as needed.QualificationsCPA certification required.Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience in audit and SSARS.Industry experience in government, single audit, not-for-profit, construction, or healthcare preferred.Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills with sound judgment.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and influence change.Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to support team objectives beyond assigned tasks.If you're interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.#J-18808-Ljbffr
