A well-respected and growing manufacturing company in thin gauge thermoforming is looking for a SeniorEHS Manager . The role is what would be expected: the new leader will be accountable for all things environmental, health, and safety with a particular focus on safety.A key component of the role is understanding the strong culture of the organization: collaborative, cross-functional, and being accountable – all with a highly customer‑centric focus. Within that manufacturing environment, the new leader will be developing and implementing improvements and mentoring and coaching up the EHS resources.With multiple manufacturing sites across their footprint, this Senior EHS Manager will coordinate and work with other EHS Leaders in the other plants to share best practices. And though it goes without saying, this is an onsite role and is located in the Little Rock, AR region.
