Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Safely operate a Concrete Batch Plant and load ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete to customer job sites.* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in good operating condition.* Communicate professionally with customers and teammates to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries.* Maintain adherence to safety procedures at all times.* Assist with routine Plant cleaning and minor maintenance activities.**What We Are Looking For*** Safe and responsible Plant operation with strong attention to detail.* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Skill in attention to operational details and adapting to changing conditions.* Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.* Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $25.80-$26.87 per hour* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays**Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled**#J-18808-Ljbffr
