At Tractian, every team member is empowered to make a meaningful impact, rewarded for excellence, and supported in creating lasting value for our customers.What you'll doAs a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of our company at client locations, responsible for the installation of our products and providing on-site support. Your role requires a blend of technical prowess and customer service skills to ensure successful setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our solutions, fostering positive client relationships and technical reliability.Responsibilities Perform on-site installation and configuration of our software and hardware solutions.Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of installed products.Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting as required.Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of materials.Document installation processes and client interactions in HubSpot CRM.Revisit sites for routine maintenance checks and client follow-ups.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company installation standards.Requirements Solid experience with on-site installations and support in a tech environment.Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to our products.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities effectively.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide training to clients.Proficiency in technical documentation and CRM software.Bonus Points Certifications in electrical, mechanical, or related fields.Willingness to travel extensively for installations and support.Fluent in English.CompensationCompetitive SalaryPremium Medical, Dental, and Vision CoveragePaid Time Off (PTO): 15 Days401(k) Retirement PlanLanguage Learning Opportunities - Take advantage of optional, fully funded Portuguese or Spanish courses to enhance your skills and global reach.Gympass Membership - Access a wide range of gyms and training programs.Sports Incentive - Receive a monthly bonus when you regularly participate in physical activities.Long-Term Benefit - After four years of service, earn a fully funded trip anywhere in the world.#J-18808-Ljbffr
