Overview Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, offers neuro‑rehabilitation care in real‑world environments—home and community settings—where functional progress truly happens.What this role offers Consistent schedule with flexibility you controlYou remain the primary PT throughout the patient's journeyNeuro‑rehab focused careMileage and drive‑time reimbursementCompetitive hourly W2 payWho we are looking for Experienced PT enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation wherever life happens, whether at home, school, work, or in the communityReady to treat clients beyond a staged environment into real‑life experiences such as cooking, grocery shopping, outdoor activities, and workplace accessThrives in an autonomous setting and values collaboration with a dynamic team of therapistsWhat you will receive Flexible schedule created by youPaid per hour (not just per visit)Travel, mileage, and mileage reimbursementEducational programsGrowth and advancement opportunitiesResponsibilities Perform evaluations and develop treatment plansRegularly re‑assess treatment effectiveness, attend staff meetings and family conferencesConduct discharge evaluations, make recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referrals and education resourcesCommunicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, service recipients, and familiesCollaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomesQualifications Minimum bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent, unrestricted state PT licenseCurrent Basic Life Support or CPR certification as required by state regulationsAt least one year of work experience as a PT preferredKnowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injuryEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lift 50 pounds and, as needed, move or transfer patients up to 100 pounds following safety proceduresFine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to walk/stand for extended periodsCapacity for pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequentlyMay be required to undergo a health screen or examination prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, in accordance with local or state regulationsSalary Range $50.00 - $60.00 per hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
