Opportunities for individual, family, couples, and telehealth services are available.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing clinical documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes according to company policy.Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions seen per week.Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed.Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.Other meaningful responsibilities as needed.Required QualificationsAt least a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.Licensed mental health professional or Resident in Counseling in Virginia.Experience completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.Proficiency in navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.If engaging in tele-health from home, possession of a professional, private, HIPAA‑compliant home office.Preferred QualificationsExperience with EMDR.Experience with children, adolescents, and teens.Experience with couples and families.General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing.Compensation & BenefitsHourly pay structure PLUS commission on claims.Salary compensation package with no games.Excellent benefits package, PTO accrual, and professional development.Flexible scheduling.Access to Continuing Education CEU Library.Additional InformationThis position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director.We encourage applications from all backgrounds.
