This is a hands‑on role where you'll manage full-cycle accounting, payroll, and financial reporting while working closely with leadership.If you're proactive, enjoy a fast‑paced environment, and want to make an impact in a small but expanding business, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do Full-Cycle Accounting & Reporting – manage general ledger, reconciliations, financial statements, and month‑end close.Accounts Receivable & Payable – prepare invoices, process payments, manage vendor records, and ensure compliance.Budgeting & Forecasting – support the VP of Finance with budgets, forecasting, and cash flow activities.Procurement & Purchase Orders – assist with purchase order processes and vendor coordination.What We're Looking For 3+ years of bookkeeping or full-charge accounting experience (5+ preferred).Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Excel.Solid knowledge of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.Experience with payroll (ADP preferred but not required).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communicator and team player.Nice to Have: Prior experience in a small manufacturing, assembly, or technology business.Why Join Us?
