This has propelled Homes.com to become the fastest-growing real estate portal in the industry.Position Overview: As the Homes.com Regional Director for the Field Sales Account Executives, you will be responsible for ensuring the development and successful growth objectives for the Homes.com product in your region/team. The RD will grow and develop the region's brand presence by educating and demonstrating the Homes.com products to new customers and ensuring high levels of customer service to close sales deals. The RD will manage the daily activities of the Field Sales Account Executives, including attending brokerage sales meetings, local Board of Realtors events, and calling on potential clients to close deals. New Regional Directors receive extensive classroom and field training.ResponsibilitiesAttract, hire, motivate, and develop high-impact Field Sales Account Executives capable of meeting or exceeding defined monthly sales revenue targets.Spend 3–4 days per week in the field with representatives and provide coaching and training to enhance presentation, communication, and closing skills.Monitor team performance and hold representatives accountable to required sales activities and KPIs to ensure achievement of business performance targets and standards.Establish individual and team performance targets aligned with overall business goals.Monitor performance and take action, as necessary, to resolve performance issues and personnel changes required to meet sales targets.Develop and mentor all team members to high levels of success hitting monthly KPI/sales targets.Ensure CoStar Group culture and values are adopted by team members.Travel 50%.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree required from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college/university.3+ years of experience directly managing a team of five or more employees, including attracting, hiring, training, and developing a high‑performing sales team.Experience managing sales efforts in a highly transactional, consultative, fast‑paced organization with a short cycle‑time sales model.Track record of commitment to prior employers.Valid driver's license and satisfactory completion of a driving record check.Preferred QualificationsStrong and proven track record of successfully mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve their greatest potential.Knowledge of the real estate industry.Experience leading a sales team with a high focus on customer service.Demonstrated ability to build long‑term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels.Effective internal and external relationship‑building skills.Demonstrated ability to retain proven team members and remove low performers.Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations in a high‑growth company.BenefitsGenerous compensation and performance‑based incentives.Corporate tuition reimbursement and internal training.Comprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Vision, Dental, Prescription Drug).Life, legal, and supplementary insurance.Virtual and in‑person mental health counseling services.Commuter and parking benefits.401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions.Employee stock purchase plan.Paid time off.On‑site fitness center and reimbursed membership costs, including yoga studio, Peloton, personal training, and group exercise classes.Access to Employee Resource Groups.Complimentary gourmet coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fresh fruit, and other healthy snacks.We welcome all qualified candidates who are currently eligible to work full‑time in the United States.
