Position Summary The Senior Administrator is in an administrative function within Human Resources, and will assist with the administration, analysis, and communication of the compensation programs for attorneys. This position helps maintain the day‑to‑day administrative operations of the promotion and compensation programs (the “Attorney Processes”). This position works under supervision but also relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position can be Specialist or Senior Specialist, depending on experience.Essential Functions and Responsibilities Oversee, facilitate, and collaborate on all Attorney processesCommunicate the Attorney processes and policies to Management, Firm Leaders, and Attorneys including schedules, plans, announcements, reminders, templates, presentations, and FAQsMaintain and develop the applications and tools used to manage and run the Attorney ProcessesProvide Management, Firm Leaders, Compensation Committees, and Attorneys with data, documentation, and information required to make informed decisionsOversee the production and reporting of aggregate and individual attorney dataSupport and drive the implementation of process changes and decisionsCoordinate with the accounting Attorney Compensation team on providing Attorney financial metricsMonitor and report on industry developments and trends in Attorney compensation in all relevant marketsMaintain annual documents, charts, presentations, and spreadsheetsOversee event logistics related to attorney promotion and compensation processesJob Specifications Bachelor's degree or equivalentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)Ability to handle and maintain confidential informationStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsStrong project management and collaboration skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced environmentCompensation and Benefits Successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance‑based bonuses. Target Hiring Range $97,000 - $151,000. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full‑time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
