Associate Worship PastorPurposeThe Associate Worship Pastor exists to help lead the people of Hopewell Baptist Church into genuine, Christ-exulting worship. Partnering closely with the Worship Pastor, this role supports and strengthens every aspect of the worship ministry—Sunday gatherings, rehearsals, special events, and the ongoing discipling and development of volunteer musicians and team members across a wide range of abilities.This position plays a vital part in creating Christ-centered, Spirit-led worship experiences where our church family can encounter God, lift their voices together, and grow in devotion to Jesus.
