Employment Litigation Associate AttorneyOgden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. (OMW) seeks an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney for its Seattle office to focus on management‑side employment and labor law. Candidates must have a Washington State bar license and a minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience, including wage and hour class actions, other state and federal court proceedings, administrative agency matters, and alternative dispute resolution. Those with more extensive employment law experience and an existing client base are also welcome to apply.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in the full spectrum of employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, non‑compete and trade secret matters, and ADA and FMLA disputes.Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and represent clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies such as the EEOC and the Washington Human Rights Commission.Conduct workplace investigations on issues ranging from harassment and discrimination to ethics code violations and allegations of police misconduct.Advise clients on employment agreements, severance packages, policy drafting, and general employment law compliance.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years' employment litigation experience.Washington State bar license.Strong legal research and writing abilities.Dependable, excellent communicator, high emotional intelligence and empathy.Comfortable with courtroom litigation, discovery, deposition, and administrative agency proceedings.BenefitsBase compensation range: $145,000 to $175,000 per year.Annual discretionary profit‑sharing contribution, non‑discretionary bonus opportunities, and additional discretionary bonus consideration.Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and profit‑sharing plan, paid time off, ten paid holidays per year, paid family leave, life insurance, and long‑term disability coverage.Professional development programs, training, and opportunities to handle interesting work.OMW is an Equal Opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, national origin, genetic information, veteran status, disability status or any other category prohibited by local, state or federal law.
