Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base Pay Range$45,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yrEmployment DetailsFull-Time | Remote (Central and East Coast Preferred)About The RoleThe Business Development Manager will lead growth efforts across the Central and East Coast markets. This role focuses on building a sales function, developing new business, and expanding a strong partner and referral network.You should be comfortable with a 3 to 6 week sales cycle, managing multiple opportunities at once, and working closely with internal teams to support new client onboarding. This role is a strong fit for someone with early-stage experience who enjoys building structure, working independently, and forming real relationships across a region.Minimal travel is expected.Key ObjectivesDevelop, execute, and manage a regional sales strategy focused on growth and client satisfactionBuild and improve sales processes to support a high-performing functionMaintain and grow long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholdersUse financial and analytical thinking to improve sales performance and revenueTrack progress toward sales targets and support the goal of doubling revenue within 12 monthsPartner with Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding for new clientsResponsibilitiesResearch markets and industries to identify new opportunitiesPromote services through outreach, presentations, and relationship buildingParticipate in team meetings and provide updates to leadershipShare feedback to improve sales tools, tactics, and overall performanceReview sales contracts for alignment with legal and company standardsRespond to client inquiries with a consultative and professional approachSupport the transition of new clients alongside the Account Management teamPreferred Qualifications5 to 7+ years of experience in early-stage or high-growth environmentsProven ability to build a function, team, or process from the ground upStrong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to adapt quicklyBachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsEstablished professional network outside of ColoradoCompensationBase Salary: Approximately $45,000First-Year On-Target Earnings: $90,000+ including base, bonus, and commissionIf you enjoy building something from scratch, growing a region, and making a real impact in your first year, this role offers a strong opportunity.Skills: account management, business development, salesSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesAviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
