Minnesota's first family psychology specialty clinic, we focus on excellence, not scale, hiring fewer than 5% of applicants and investing deeply in our team.About the RoleLicensed psychotherapists will provide diagnostic assessment, psychotherapy, and treatment planning for a diverse lifespan client base in a supportive, relationally focused environment. Clinicians practice within their areas of competence, with opportunities to grow clinical interests over time.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within your clinical areas of competenceDevelop treatment approaches that reflect relational, cultural, and developmental understandingEngage in regular consultation, Grand Rounds, and reflective supervision with peersParticipate in a learning‑focused, feedback‑rich clinical communityMaintain accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful documentationUphold Lorenz's commitment to integrity, humility, and systems‑based careOther duties as assigned within a collaborative, clinician‑led systemRequirementsMaster's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited programFull, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LP, LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC).
