Business Development and Sales OperationsThe Global Customer Operations Group brings industry insights and experience to help our customers deliver on their technology roadmaps. We work tirelessly to earn the trust of our customers, because we know that working closely together leads to the highest quality outcomes.What You'll DoWorks with account team & product groups to develop comprehensive, commercial business proposal for volume purchase agreement (VPA) to set objectives, in order to maximize Lam business opportunity across product lines including CSBG at an acceptable profitability.Ensure the VPAs agreed are well understood and executed in time, delivered the key objectives and feedback to the management.Management of and participation in high-level customer visits at HQ in order to optimize Lam product opportunity, deliver key messages and develop customer partnership, relationship with mutual trust.Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to senior management and executives.Experiences with Forecast Management (ramp assumptions, capacity model, Penetration & Defense status, evaluation shipment and acceptance, risk/upside to the committed forecast, etc).Excellent understanding of Shipment Management in the areas of slotting, configuration, NSR, and shipment.Who We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of management experience.
