Track and report on project progress and project cost.Effective project Risk management: create, monitor, and control risk management plans.Skills, Experience and EducationGraduate / Master in engineering with 5‑10 years of experience.3+ years of Project Management experience in the industrial product / Hardware domain.Distributed & multi‑cultural team management experience.Understanding of Toll Gate / Stage‑Gate process in Product development.Experience in effective project management strategies and tactics.Experience in Stakeholder management and requirement management.Exposure to manufacturing processes.Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate globally at all levels internally and externally.Experience in project planning & execution.Experience in leading teams to success, collaborating across boundaries, tracking results, and developing communication and responsibility matrices.Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Work along with CFT for problem‑solving and brainstorming.PreferableExposure to regulatory approval processes such as UL, CSA, CQC, VDE, etc.Experience in Terminal and connector industry or products.Exposure to Agile Project Management.Certified PMP or equivalent project management certification.CompetenciesStrategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)CompensationCompetitive base salary commensurate with experience: $116,500 – $174,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location).Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
