You will ensure mechanical, electrical, and building systems operate safely and efficiently while driving improvements that reduce downtime and increase operational reliability.What You'll DoPerform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment and machineryInspect, repair, and maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, roofing, security alarm, and fire systemsDiagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and uptimeDocument and update maintenance activities including work orders, maintenance logs, and preventive maintenance recordsOversee outside contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scopeSupport capital improvement projects related to equipment upgrades and facility improvementsWhat You'll BringAt least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsHands‑on troubleshooting mindset with plant‑floor experienceExperience supporting CNC machining or precision manufacturing equipment preferredAbility to manage vendor relationships and coordinate outside contractorsAbility to work overtime and weekends as neededBachelor's degree preferredHow to ApplyWe'd love to see your resume, but we don't need it to have a conversation.
