Job Description Job Description Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.Soliant seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as a contract employeefor our client near Waltham, MA The successful candidate will work in a school-based setting, providing one-on-one behavioral support to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.Responsibilities:Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Provide one-on-one support to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilitiesImplement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviorsCollect and record data on student behavior and progress towards individualized goalsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environmentAssist in the development and implementation of behavior support plansProvide support during academic instruction and help students generalize skills across various settingsMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all timesRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationExperience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilitiesKnowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniquesStrong interpersonal and munication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPatience, empathy, and a passion for working with childrenIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience.
