Backed by leading international investors, we are driving the global transformation toward a net-zero industrial future.Key Responsibilities Maintenance & TroubleshootingPlan, organize, and execute maintenance and repair activitiesPerform root cause analysis and resolve technical faults in areas such as instrumentation, piping, static and rotary equipment, DCS/PLC systemsCalibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation and sensorsOperate and optimize electrical subsystems (e.g. drives, fans, relays, breakers, grounding systems)Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, protocols, and reports (including remote troubleshooting documentation)Customer Interaction & Field ServiceConduct on-site service visits and system interventions at customer locations (domestic and international)Act as a technical point of contact for customers and ensure service satisfactionCoordinate and supervise external service providers and contractorsSupport the drafting and management of service and maintenance contractsSystem Optimization & InnovationAnalyze system malfunctions and recommend technical improvementsDevelop and implement predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance strategiesCollaborate with software, process, and data teams to create digital twins, condition monitoring, and predictive fault detection dashboardsSupport lifecycle innovation by recommending system upgrades and design-for-maintenance improvementsContribute to HAZOP and risk assessment processesDevelop training manuals and conduct training sessions for plant operatorsWhat do you bring? Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation & Control Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in service, maintenance, or operations of process or industrial systemsSolid understanding of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems (EMSR)Hands‑on experience with DCS and/or PLC systems (basic programming knowledge required)Experience managing external contractors and technical projectsExcellent communication skills and strong customer orientationProficiency in English (spoken and written); German is a plusConfident using MS Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plusSelf‑starter with a hands‑on mentality, team spirit, and problem‑solving skillsWillingness to travel internationally and participate in on‑call duty rotationWhat we offer?
