About the Role A leading organization in the sports and entertainment industry is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its growing FP&A team. This role will play a key part in supporting financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision‑making across multiple business units.This is an excellent opportunity for a true FP&A professional looking to gain exposure to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment supporting live events, ticketing, and related revenue streams.Position Overview The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning efforts while partnering closely with both finance leadership and operational teams. This role will focus on data‑driven insights, variance analysis, and financial modeling to help drive business performance.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long‑term planningAnalyze actual results vs. budget/forecast; investigate variances and provide actionable insightsPrepare and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadershipPartner with business leaders to align financial plans with operational goalsSupport full P&L analysis , including revenue and expense driversWork with large datasets from accounting and operational systems to derive key insights and KPIsAssist in preparing presentations for executive leadership, including board‑level and strategic materialsSupport ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiativesIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvements and reporting automationQualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Strong understanding of full P&L and budgeting/forecasting processesUnderstanding of revenue recognition and deferred revenue conceptsAdvanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups)Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearlyHighly detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentPreferred Experience building executive‑level presentations and data visualizationsExperience in Entertainment, Hospitality, Food/Beverage highly preferredBenefits Eligible for discretionary bonusesMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) retirement plan#J-18808-Ljbffr
