This role will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership to improve visibility into plant performance, product profitability, and business trends.The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of financial or business analysis experience, strong experience working within a manufacturing ERP system, and advanced skills in Power BI, Adaptive Planning, and operational reporting tools.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long‑range financial plansAnalyze revenue, gross margin, material costs, labor costs, burden absorption, and manufacturing variancesPerform detailed variance analysis between standard cost vs, actual cost, forecast vs. actual results, production plan vs. operational outputSupport monthly close through financial reporting and business performance reviewsBuild financial models to evaluate pricing decisions, capital investments, capacity utilization, customer profitabilityAnalyze manufacturing performance including labor efficiency, scrap rates, purchase price variance, inventory turns, on‑time delivery, throughputTrack backlog, bookings, and shipments to improve revenue visibilityPartner with operations leaders to identify cost savings and process improvementsMonitor inventory valuation and excess/obsolete inventory exposureSupport SIOP / demand planning with financial insightsExtract and analyze data from Epicor ERPDevelop and maintain financial dashboards, KPI scorecards, Operational performance reportingBuild automated reporting in Microsoft Power BISupport forecasting and planning processes in Workday Adaptive PlanningImprove data integrity across item costing, BOM structures, labor reporting, inventory transactionsAssist with report writing, BAQs, and data validation in EpicorQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, manufacturing analyticsExperience in a manufacturing environmentHands‑on experience with ERP systemsAdvanced Excel skills including Power Query, Pivot tables, financial modeling, and complex formulasPreferred QualificationsDirect experience with Epicor ERPExperience with Microsoft Power BI and Workday Adaptive PlanningSQL and database reporting experienceExperience with BAQs, dashboard design, ERP reporting toolsExperience supporting multi‑site manufacturing operationsVulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
