Knowing my therapeutic support kept a family safely together makes every mile driven worth it."From your first week, you'll be paired with a direct supervisor who will help you navigate your new role, answer questions, and support your ongoing clinical development.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide brief, intensive in-home therapeutic services to families identified and referred by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (NE DHHS).Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and design tailored treatment plans.Execute clinical interventions and facilitate ongoing discharge and aftercare planning.Collaborate closely with NE DHHS caseworkers and GLFS Skillbuilders to assist families in developing and implementing healthier habits, relationships, and lifestyles.Maintain timely, streamlined communication and precise clinical documentation.Manage a flexible schedule and maintain autonomy while meeting assigned case hours and client needs.Participate in agency meetings, consultations, and professional development opportunities to further your therapeutic expertise.Work ScheduleSchedules are flexible and self-managed based on client availability and caseload needs. Therapists maintain autonomy over their calendar while ensuring consistent support for assigned families.Compensation & BenefitsStarting Pay: $40–$60 / hour (based on experience and licensure)Drive Time Pay: $30.00 / hourMileage Reimbursement: Paid for client-related travel and community transitionsBonus Opportunity: Earn up to $5,000.00 within your first 9 months!
