Description
The Entry-Level (Civil Project Engineer) supports customer projects within the lighting division by assisting with design coordination, drawing package preparation, submittals, revisions, and project documentation. This role works closely with senior engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to help ensure projects progress smoothly from design through approval and release to production.The position supports outdoor lighting applications including sports lighting, transportation lighting, and other large outdoor lighting systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn while gaining hands-on exposure to engineering project workflows, customer coordination, and technical documentation. This role functions as a junior engineering project support position, providing technical and administrative assistance rather than owning full project responsibility.
