MANAGER, CORPORATE TAX (HYBRID)Location: Princeton NJ areaHybrid/Remote: 2 days wfhBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, generous PTOIndustry: Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / BioTech / ManufacturingSalary to $130K plus incentivesOverviewTax Manager opportunity in Central NJ! 4+ years experience in either public accounting and/or private industry. CPA and/or MST preferred.ResponsibilitiesModel tax impacts resulting from legislation, acquisitions, divestitures, and internal restructurings.Calculate and reconcile the income statement and balance sheet tax accounts.Track tax law and incorporate them into the company's quarterly/annual tax provision.Identify opportunities to leverage tax technologiesAssist with tax planning and tax calculations.Prepare GAAP & Non-GAAP tax rate projectionsManage quarterly and annual tax provision.Draft tax-related footnote disclosuresQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting.CPA and/or MST preferred.4+ years of tax experience in either public accounting and/or private industry.Corporate income tax ASC 740 preparation (Federal, State & Local) experience required.Experience with international operations a plus.OneSource Tax Provision a plusAt WatsonBarron, we share a philosophy when it comes to recruiting - focus on people.
