As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you! In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. Ensures all Guest Metrics are followedEnsures compliance of all Food Safety Standards including the physical plantAssists in proper execution of all new product training rolloutsAssists in the hiring, training, and development of new Team MembersAssists in achieving all financial goals of the restaurantTracks and Analyzes sales, labor, inventory, and controls dailyTakes corrective action to ensure the Restaurant exceeds targetsProvides feedback to the management team on new hire performanceEnsures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through use of preventative maintenance programUnderstands the language on Coaching ReportJob Requirements and Essential FunctionsHigh School Diploma or GEDA minimum age of 18 years is requiredMust pass background checkValid Drivers' LicenseMust have reliable private transportationAt least 1 year of Assistant Management experience.
