Overview Geode Health is a national provider of outpatient mental health services that strives to transform care by making it more accessible, affordable and effective. We are actively recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Allen region to support our mission and provide high‑quality, evidence‑based treatment to clients.Responsibilities Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and psychotherapy for a wide range of mental health conditions.Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to coordinate care and offer crisis intervention when needed.Document all encounters accurately in an EMR, ensuring up‑to‑date patient records and measurement‑based care data.Create and update individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical evidence.Participate in a blended care model, working onsite three days a week and telehealth two days a week while building a patient caseload.Engage in professional development and CME to maintain high standards of practice.Qualifications Active Texas license as LCSW, LPC or LMFT.One year or more of professional experience in psychotherapy.Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining accurate electronic health records.Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence‑based treatment modalities and a general spectrum of conditions.Passion for high‑quality, compassionate care and a commitment to client outcomes.Benefits Competitive base compensation with no earnings cap and a quality‑incentive bonus.Flexible hybrid schedule (three onsite days, two telehealth days).Professional development support and CME reimbursement.Medical, dental, vision and 401(k) match plans.Marketing support to help build a patient caseload and administrative support in a modern office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
