Position SummaryReporting to the Executive Director Medical Affairs & Advocacy Engagement, the Field Medical Lead at Structure Therapeutics is a senior, field-based scientific leader responsible for advancing the company's medical and clinical objectives through high-impact engagement with external stakeholders. This role serves as a critical extension of the Medical Affairs and Advocacy organization, operating at the intersection of clinical science, healthcare delivery, and strategic insight generation.As a trusted scientific partner, the Field Medical Lead builds and sustains deep relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, healthcare professionals, and patient communities, facilitating the exchange of scientific information related to the company's pipeline and therapeutic focus areas. The role requires a high level of expertise in interpreting and communicating clinical and translational data, particularly in fast‑evolving therapeutic landscapes.The Field Medical Lead plays a pivotal role in supporting clinical development programs by identifying and engaging top investigators, and providing field‑based insights that inform study design, feasibility, and execution. For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $260K-$365K. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's geography, qualifications, skills, and experience.At Structure, base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, and ongoing performance‑based equity.
