The Behavioral Health Advisor participates in the individual's development of interdependence, self-directed care, individually created support systems and community involvement. Reports to Residential Supervisor or Assistant Program Director.Starting wage $20/hr with increase possible based on relevant IDD experience. Potential to earn a shift differential.This position would be part of our Adult Mental Health (MH) Services Residential Programs.Currently hiring in Lancaster and Columbia, PA.Schedules: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN (Flexible) - Weekday (Afternoon/Evening), Overnight (Awake) & Weekend Hours. Not all schedules will be available at all times.Wage InformationBase rate $20.00/hr. Education and experience is taken into account for potential higher starting rates.
