Our clinical research site is looking for an experienced LVN to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality of care throughout the inpatient facility. They may also help manage and train our unit staff. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a nursing leadership position, a strong ability to work with a team, and an in-depth knowledge of mental health care.Position responsibilities:Maintaining high standards of careManaging patients' data and medical records with confidentiality and sensitivityInteracting with doctors, patients and family membersThis position also includes the following duties:Medication dispensation and maintaining accurate recordsDocumenting patient observations and clinical notesOverseeing the unit to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the safety of the patientsCollect vital signsProvide clinical support to physicians during patient examinations and procedures, as neededPrepare and maintain treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the room stocked and cleaned, reorder supplies, and dispose of bio-hazardous suppliesPerform other duties as assigned or requiredMust hold a current, valid LVN licenseMinimum of 1 year providing direct patient care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders is required, preferably in a behavioral healthcare setting#J-18808-Ljbffr
