This role is hybrid, located in our Plano office (3 days per week).ResponsibilitiesInterface with customers via phone, video conferencing, and e‑mail to provide Crestron solutions for sales opportunities.Prepare project‑specific deliverables such as specification materials, pricing, and supporting documentation required to win high‑profile jobs.Complete specialized custom projects as needed to support the Sales Team, producing sales resources and tools while meeting tight deadlines (up to 8–10 tasks at a time).Design layouts and systems using AutoCAD.Maintain and contribute to a database of over 100 detailed drawings and documents.Perform other duties as assigned.Comply with all Crestron and team policies and standards.Qualifications2+ years working with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, REVIT, or other space planning/construction drawing software.1+ year of experience with networking (preferred).Ability to read and understand blueprints, contract documents, and energy codes (DIV‑26 specs, IECC 2021, Title‑24, etc.).Familiarity with dimming technologies such as 0‑10V, DALI, DMX (preferred).Understanding of lighting control equipment and associated manufacturers (Crestron, Lutron, Acuity, ETC, Wattstopper, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding time‑management and organizational skills.Experience working with external customers across the sales channel (specifiers, contractors, distributors, agents).Ability to travel to Crestron locations for training or team meetings, as well as industry/client events (approx. 5%).Ability to work onsite in a hybrid role 3 days per week at the Crestron Plano office.EducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred) and/or 3+ years equivalent training/experience.Other RequirementsMust be able to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.BenefitsCompetitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, 401K with company match, Paid Time Off, Holidays, on‑site amenities at NJ Headquarters & TX Facilities, Crestron Market Cafes, and Fitness Centers.Equal Opportunity EmployerEOE/M/F/D/V.
