The Lead Analyst creates positive team member experiences, drives revenue and profit for the firm, and responds to client inquiries from tax authorities.Responsibilities Create a positive team member experience.Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities.Understand and utilize applicable software and OneSource Property Tax Systems.Manage and monitor daily workflows to meet internal and state‑mandated deadlines.Prioritize, delegate, and manage emergencies.Ensure timely completion of tasks using knowledge of tax deadlines.Formulate and implement new procedures to handle filing or processing requirements.Attend or conduct internal or external training.Review team time and expense reports for accuracy and completion.Mentor and train staff on software platforms.Assist with development and deployment of system enhancements.Keep abreast of changing state statutes and act accordingly.Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience High‑school or GED diploma required; Bachelor's Degree highly recommended.
