BR+A is seeking a Plumbing Engineer in our Coral Gables or Tampa, FL office.ResponsibilitiesFamiliarity with specification writing;Performing field verification and take-offs of existing systems for renovation projects;Coordinating with other disciplines;Developing calculations for Plumbing system sizing;Thorough knowledge of local Plumbing Codes;Understanding work planning and manage the design process to the available hours in the plan;Ability to meet with clients and work with contractors;Oversee deliverables to and from clients;Take ownership of assignments and work both independently and as part of the project team.Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringProficient in Auto CAD and RevitStrongly motivated, well organized, and shows professional initiativeProactive and collaborative team memberPrevious experience in designing Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Education and Laboratory projects is a plusPE License strongly preferredBenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Life, and Disability insurance coverage, a 401K plan match, generous paid time‑off, and much more, to all our full‑time employees.Drug testing is a prerequisite for employment.BR+A is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
