Success for this role will be achieved by helping clients realize and meet their financial goals by responsibly advising them throughout the mortgage loan process, from application to closing. The Mortgage Banker will identify client needs, meet loan production goals, and work to ensure the company's expectations for customer satisfaction are achieved.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Work with clients to understand their financial situation and goalsEducate clients about various mortgage options and recommend appropriate productsAssist clients in completing mortgage applications.
