This challenging and high-visibility role offers significant growth opportunity while contributing to the development and resilience of the region's infrastructure systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project implementation, including schedule, budget, quality, and safety performanceLead resource planning and management, including internal project teams and third-party vendors, designers, fabricators, and contractorsDirect engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction management, and commissioning efforts to develop and execute project plansBuild and maintain strong relationships with key strategic clients with significant future project opportunitiesPrepare and issue Progress Reports and ensure timely client invoicing and paymentsMonitor compliance with regulatory statutes and ensure adherence to company policies and proceduresLead stakeholder management and project interface coordinationPerform other duties as assignedThis role requires a leader who thrives in complex environments, can manage multiple priorities, and consistently delivers projects on time and within budget.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience)Project Management experience on underground utility projectsHeavy civil construction project experienceStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements, environmental compliance, and safety standards (e.g., Occupational Safety and Health Administration)Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneouslyExperience in conflict resolution and negotiating with vendors, clients, and subcontractorsStrong decision-making skills under pressureBenefitsSalary Range: $150,000 – $175,000 per year (commensurate with experience and education)Comprehensive health coverage through Operating Engineers Local 3, including medical, vision, and dental (100% employer-paid premiums for employees and dependents)401(k) retirement plan with profit sharingDefined benefit pension planCompany vehicle with gas card for business useTwo (2) weeks paid vacation annually#J-18808-Ljbffr
