In this position, you will manage workforce accountability, enforce regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in transportation logistics, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations Management: Oversee logistics workforce, including drivers, clerks, specialists, and support staff.Regulatory Compliance: Enforce DOT regulations, OSHA, C-TPAT, company policies, and safety protocols.Talent Development: Train and develop team members to maintain operational proficiency.Performance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with operational requirements, equipment usage, uniform policies, and productivity goals.Technology Utilization: Optimize efficiency through transportation software and reporting tools.Safety Leadership: Oversee compliance with DOT Hours of Service, Pre/Post-Trip inspections, and coordinate with the Safety department.Team Leadership: Foster a culture of professionalism, quality service, and ethical conduct.RequirementsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in management, transportation, or related field (or Associate's degree with 4+ years' experience in logistics/operations).Proven leadership experience in operations, logistics, or terminal management.Proficiency in MS Office 365, transportation software (TMW, Peoplenet, etc.), and reporting tools.Strong knowledge of transportation fleet modeling, DOT regulations, and C-TPAT compliance.Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.Benefits & CompensationAt Benore Logistic Systems, Inc., we offer competitive compensation, industry-leading benefits (after 90 days of employment), and a culture that values professional growth and work‑life balance.
