Whether telehealth or onsite, we support your growth.Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.401K with maximum employee matching.Health care benefits.Generous paid vacation and sick leave time.Paid administrative time for consultation, supervision, and documentation.Full administrative support.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team.Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.Prepare and submit documentation per company guidelines.Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.Qualifications:Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently.Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively, pass a background check, and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.Additional Qualifications:Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice.#J-18808-Ljbffr
