Seeking a full-time BC/BE Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join a team that excels in relationship-based care in west-central Minnesota.About the Hem/Onc Team:Caring and attentive team of support services including genetic counselor, nutrition support, social work, nurse navigation, behavior therapist and lymphedema specialistsSpecialty services include on-site Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology and Palliative CareMultidisciplinary Tumor Board ConferencesTelemedicine/community cancer center includedNCI Community Oncology Research Program grant (NCORP) recipient with access to current, relevant clinical trialsProgram accreditations as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Program and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers by the American College of SurgeonsPhysician leadership partnered with Administrative leadership.Certified as HIMSS EMRAM (Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model) Level 7 for both our Inpatient and Ambulatory facilitiesPosition Details:Consultative call only; hospitalists routinely admit and cover patients at nightAverage 12-14 follow up visits and 1-2 new patients per dayTeam of 3 MD's and 1 APC with anticipated future growthIncludes regional outreach 1 day per week at one of two neighboring clinicsApproximately 10 days of call a monthEPIC electronic medical recordCompensation: $580,000Community:Nestled in the heart of Minnesota's lake country, this charming community offers a serene lifestyle surrounded by crystal-clear lakes, rolling hills, and breathtaking sunsets, perfect for outdoor lovers and those seeking a peaceful escape.
