We believe in delivering an overall customer experience that our competitors simply cannot match.Job Summary Responsible for day to day operations of the warehouse, such as ordering, receiving deliveries, programming equipment and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.Essential Functions ShippingReceivingRMAs of faulty equipmentMaintain a clean warehouseOperate a forklift safelyOrdering and maintaining inventory minimum quantitiesPull needed equipment from inventory for new tower sitesProgram equipment as neededKeep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, including outside areasPrevent access to warehouse from unauthorized personnelLoading and unloading boxes/trucks/palletsOther duties as assignedSkills Must be able to communicate effectively to team and managementMust be able to work independently and be reliableMust be organized and able to learnWork with basic hand toolsAbility to lift/pull heavy equipmentMust have a team-oriented mentality and be safety consciousMust pass a drug screening test and a criminal background checkBasic computer knowledge and Microsoft programs is preferredEducation and Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred.Job Classification Warehouse Non-ExemptWork Environment / Hazards Working in a warehouse environmentWorking in outdoor elements such as cold, hot, precipitation and windIn proximity of heavy machinery and moving vehiclesModerate noise levelPhysical Demands Frequently moving in and around the warehouseAscending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffoldings, ramps, poles and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and armsFrequently moving, transporting, positioning objects of 50 pounds or moreWorking Hours / Days Monday through Friday 7am – 4pm Full time.
