You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime and support safe, efficient production. Working closely with maintenance, operations, procurement and external partners, you will help ensure the right work is done at the right time with the right resources.How You'll Help Us GrowDevelop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules aligned with production needsReview, prioritize and track maintenance work orders to ensure timely and effective completionCoordinate materials, parts, tools, internal resources and external vendors to support maintenance executionMaintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history and performance dataAnalyze maintenance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and cost controlSupport planned shutdowns, turnarounds and major maintenance activitiesEnsure all maintenance activities comply with Nufarm safety standards and regulatory requirementsCould This Be You?Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Management or a related field3–5 years' experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience using CMMS and work order management systemsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work cross‑functionallyMaintenance or planning certifications are an advantageWhat We OfferOur compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year .Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation .
