- Operate CNC equipment, including MultiCam routers, mills, and lathes
- Assist in programming and developing machining processes and sequences
- Set up jobs, including tooling, speeds/feeds, and process parameters
- Ensure all parts meet tight tolerances and customer specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
- Perform careful handling of parts to maintain cleanliness and quality standards
- Support additional production tasks such as:
- Preparing parts for fabrication
- Light assembly of plastic components
- Building crates and packaging parts in a clean environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-aware workspace
- Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness protocols
