Experience in electrical systems and/or building control systems with trade skills such as plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, pool mechanical systems, masonry, roofing, drywall, blueprint reading, painting, janitorial procedures, security and fire protection systems, OSHA, CIRSA, and HAZMAT safety procedures highly desired.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES REQUIRED:
Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR required.
Additional Information Hiring Pay Range: $30.50 - $36.25 per hour, $63,440.00 - $75,395.00 if annualized. Full Pay Range: $30.50 - $42.00 per hour, $63,440.00 - $87,350.00 if annualized. WORK SCHEDULE: Must be able to work a 40 hour week consisting of four (4) 10-hour shifts and participate in an on-call rotation. The incumbent must be flexible in terms of availability, and may be required to work evenings, weekends and Holidays, as needed at the discretion of management.
