Overview Eddy SeniorCare is a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly, with two centers: one in Rotterdam and one in Latham. This is a unique model of care designed to help seniors avoid/delay nursing home placement and remain in the community for as long as possible. The program serves individuals 55 years of age and older in zip codes nearby both our centers. Eddy SeniorCare serves as both payer (we provide their Medicare and Medicaid insurance) and provider (offering a full range of services--from primary care providers, to home health care, transportation, adult day care, activities, social work, RN case management, nutrition, home delivered meals and medications and medical supplies, and much more!). Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
