law firm background in corporate, commercial, or technology transactions welcomed; track record of pragmatic leadership and solutions‑driven approachJ.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standingLegal Expertise: Solid working knowledge of corporate law, including M&A, commercial contracts, human resources support, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance frameworksContract Management: Hands‑on experience building or operating contract lifecycle management processesTechnology Proficiency: Working knowledge of legal management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite;
